How to place an order

Simply click on the 'Add to Basket' button on the product page to add that item to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your shopping just go to the checkout to pay.
'My Basket' & 'Checkout' buttons appear at the top of each shopping page, so you always have easy access to your basket.

Ways to Pay

Vintage Amethyst uses PayPal an online payment system for accepting payments, as this is an easy, fast and safe way to pay!
PayPal is a convenient way to pay as it allows Vintage Amethyst to accept credit & debit card payments.
We accept Mastercard,Visa, Maestro, Electron, American Express, Solo, Direct Debit & of course Paypal.

If you are unfamiliar with PayPal or haven't used PayPal before please visit www.PayPal.com. Here you will find more information. Payments through PayPal are always secure.

Vintage Amethyst is also happy to accept payment by Cheque from UK customers. Cheques must be mailed to us prior to orders being sent out.

An e-mail will be sent to you to inform you where to send your cheque payment to. If you don't receive this e-mail or have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us via e-mail.

International Customers (Non-UK)

We do accept International orders from most countries. The shopping cart system is set up to calculate postage costs by weight & country so you just need to state which country you are from at the checkout stage.

Please note that some of our larger items are not available to International customers due to their size & weight. If this is the case it is stated on the product page.

Some International customers may find their orders are posted in two seperate parcels for size convenience when posting.

International customers are responsible for any taxes due on their parcels when delivered.

Postage Costs

Our postage costs are calculated by weight and so if buying more than one item postage costs will be reduced according to weight automatically in your shopping basket. To keep an eye on your shopping and postage costs just click on the 'My Basket' link at the top of each shopping page.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 10 days of receipt. Please contact Vintage Amethyst first via e-mail, so that I may expect your item. Postal charges are not refundable.
Items must be delivered in their original condition and damage free.
Items which are damaged in the post must also be returned in original packaging.

Product Availability

We maintain the product stock on the website regularly but on rare occasions items may be out of stock. In this rare instance we will inform you immediately.

Despatch

Orders are despatched within 4 days but during busy times this may be slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and posted you will receive an e-mail informing you that it has been sent. Orders are usually received by customers within 3 days and generally sooner. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for delays in receiving your order as a result of the postal carrier once the goods have left our premises.

Privacy

Vintage Amethyst respects the privacy of customers information, and all information held is done so in complete privacy. To prevent unwanted solicitation, Vintage Amethyst does not sell, rent or disclose customers' information to third parties for e-mail, marketing or for any other purpose.
